Production Technology
1. Raw Material Formulation & Preprocessing
All plastic resins including PP, ABS and PCR recycled materials are strictly screened before production. Virgin raw materials are mixed with eco-friendly additives as needed, ensuring high chemical stability, low odor and cosmetic-grade safety.
Raw materials go through drying, filtering and homogenization to remove impurities, moisture and residual particles, preventing material degradation, spots or cracks during molding. For sustainable orders, PCR materials are proportionally blended with certified recycled components while maintaining structural hardness and surface finish.
2. Precision Injection & Blow Molding
- Injection molding: For bottle caps, inner liners, dropper parts and rigid ABS bottle bodies, delivering high structural density, precise thread size and tight assembly tolerance.
- Blow molding: For hollow plastic bottle containers such as lash glue bottles and small cosmetic storage bottles, achieving uniform wall thickness, anti-leakage structural design and lightweight performance.
3. Surface Finishing & Custom Decoration
After molding, semi-finished products go through deburring, polishing and surface smoothing to remove sharp edges and rough marks.
A full range of customized surface treatments are available: matte coating, soft rubber coating, glossy finishing, metallic spraying and frosted texture.
Support brand personalized craftsmanship including screen printing, hot stamping, silver stamping and laser engraving. All printing and coating materials are cosmetic-grade, with strong adhesion, scratch resistance and no fading during daily use.
4. Sealing Structure Design & Secondary Processing
Focus on airtight and leak-proof structure development, especially for special cosmetic formulas such as lash glue, essential oil and solvent-based liquids.
Double-seal caps, inner wiper structures, anti-oxidation bottleneck design and negative pressure matching structures are adopted to reduce air infiltration, prevent liquid volatilization, formula drying and chemical leakage.
All accessories such as caps, stoppers and applicator parts are produced in matched sizes to ensure perfect assembly and sealing performance.
Quality Control System
1. Incoming Material Inspection
Every batch of raw materials is inspected for hardness, corrosion resistance, component safety and certification compliance.
We test raw material compatibility with cosmetic solvents, oil-based formulas and chemical ingredients.
2. In-Line Production Inspection
- Dimensional inspection: Bottle height, caliber, thread tolerance and wall thickness to ensure unified specifications.
- Appearance inspection: Check for scratches, bubbles, black spots, deformation, burrs and color difference.
- Structural inspection: Test cap tightness, assembly smoothness and torsion resistance.
3. Functional Performance Testing
- Leakage & Airtight Test: Sealed bottles are placed in high-pressure and simulated transportation environments to test anti-leakage and airtightness. Negative pressure adaptation testing is supported for special adhesive packaging.
- Drop Resistance Test: Standard height drop test to simulate shipping, extrusion and daily collision, verifying impact resistance.
- Compatibility Stability Test: Bottles are filled with common cosmetic formulas for short-term sealed storage to observe discoloration, precipitation, odor change and material corrosion.
- Weather Resistance Test: Simulate high temperature, low temperature and humidity environment to ensure stable appearance and structure in different storage conditions.
4. Finished Product Final Inspection & Sterile Packaging
Before shipment, all finished goods go through 100% visual sorting and sampling recheck.
Qualified products are cleaned, dust-removed and packed in dustproof, moisture-proof and shockproof packaging.
Independent sealed packaging is adopted for cosmetic-grade hygiene requirements, avoiding dust, secondary pollution and damage during long-distance transportation.
5. Standardized Traceability
Each production batch has complete production records, test reports and quality files.
We provide customized sample testing, pre-production sample confirmation and batch quality consistency control, to help wholesale brands stabilize product quality and reduce after-sales risks.
