2. Confirm artwork and printing method. Send over your brand logo file. We offer screen printing or hot stamping on the selected blank tube. A separate printing plate fee applies for logo printing.
3. Sample confirmation (recommended). We can produce printed samples for you to check color, logo placement and finish before bulk production.
4. Bulk logo printing & quality inspection. After sample approval, we print your logo on the selected stock tubes and complete quality checks before shipment.
5. Packing and delivery. Your branded tubes are packed and ready for shipment. Shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

A: Yes. The plate fee covers the production of the screen for your logo printing. If you reorder with the exact same logo within the storage validity period of the screen, generally you won’t need to pay the plate fee again.
If the sample fails to meet our production standards and re-plating & sampling is required due to our side, no extra plate fee will be charged.
If re-making the screen and re-sampling are needed because of issues on the customer’s side, such as logo files or design requirements provided by you leading to unsatisfactory printing results, an additional plate fee will apply.

A: Our production factory is based in Shantou. Our warehouse and foreign trade team are located in Qingdao. This setup helps us keep stable manufacturing capacity while offering fast, responsive support for overseas buyers.
