Double-Layer Nested Bottle Technology: Developed for high-end cosmetic packaging requiring light shielding, insulation and enhanced leakage prevention. The inner and outer bottles are precisely molded and seamlessly nested. The inner bottle isolates solvent-based, oil-based and easily oxidized formulas to prevent volatilization and deterioration. The entire molding process is operated under constant temperature and pressure intelligent control, effectively avoiding deformation, uneven wall thickness, mold lines and other defects. Sealing Structure Design & Secondary Processing

Finished Product Final Inspection & Sterile Packaging

Before shipment, 100% visual sorting and systematic sampling recheck are conducted for all finished products. Only qualified products proceed to packaging.
Qualified products are professionally cleaned and dedusted, then packaged with dustproof, moisture-proof and shockproof materials.
