Bulk Order & Free Shipping Rule
Orders with a total value of $800 USD and above are qualified as bulk orders.For bulk orders shipped to Southeast Asia, North America and Western Europe, we provide free sea/air freight shipping.
Sample and small orders (below $800 USD) will be charged express shipping fees as shown in the table above.We provides fast international shipping for cosmetic packaging and accessories. The shipping price we offer is competitive, and most of the time the shipping charges are lower than the market average to support our customers’ business growth.
Processing Time
Most in-stock items’ processing time is about 1-3 business days. Some may take longer if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 3-5 business days to process. Custom orders (including mold opening, logo printing, etc.) will take longer, and our sales representatives will provide you with the exact lead time. Need it urgently or have other issues, you can get help from our service team.
Expedited Shipping
We usually ship by DHL, FedEx, or UPS with expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is 5 – 7 business days under normal circumstances.
Po.Box & Military Base
PO. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical street address for your order.
Customs & Taxes
Orders shipped to countries outside of China may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the value to meet the local custom free-tax standard to help avoid unnecessary expenses, but if it still occurs, Just Lady is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding customs policies.
Sign for Delivery
It is strongly recommended that you Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won’t be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard, or any other unattended place.
Tracking Number
We send tracking numbers by email within 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped out.
What is the item processing time?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control to ensure the product’s quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.

Annual Chinese Public Holidays
Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of the year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days, sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.
