1. Returns for Quality Issues

If the items arrive with manufacturing defects caused by our side, we offer free replacement or full refund.

Items must be unused, undamaged and kept in original intact packaging.

Return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days after parcel delivery.

We will bear all return shipping fees for confirmed quality problems.

2. Custom Products & Customer Mistakes

All custom orders with personalized printing, design, size or special specifications are non-refundable and non-returnable for no reason.

We do not accept returns for problems caused by customers’ incorrect drawings, sizes, design files or parameter errors.

Custom products with confirmed factory quality defects are still covered by our quality after-sales policy.

3. Non-Quality / Voluntary Returns

If customers request returns for personal reasons (dislike, mismatch, wrong purchase or other non-quality issues):

The customer shall bear all return shipping fees, customs duties and related charges.

4. Return Process

Please contact our customer service first via email, WhatsApp or website message to get the official return address.

Unauthorized return shipment without our confirmation will not be accepted.

Please pack the goods properly and ship back according to our instructions.

5. Time Limit

Quality return request: within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Non-quality voluntary return request: must be submitted within the local after-sales valid period.

6. Processing Time

After we receive, inspect and confirm the returned goods meet return conditions,

refund or replacement will be arranged within 3–7 business days.
