1、Returns for Quality Issues

If your order arrives with manufacturing defects (non-damage caused by customers), we offer free replacement or a full refund.

To be eligible for a return due to quality issues, please ensure the product:

① Remains unused and undamaged;

② Is in its original, intact packaging;

③ You must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.

2、Custom Orders & Customer Error

Customized orders with specific designs, prints or specifications (non-standard products) are excluded from no-reason returns. Returns will not be accepted for any product issues caused by incorrect designs, sizes, or files provided by the customer (such as logo printing files, size parameters, etc.). If there are manufacturing defects, they will still be handled under the quality return policy.

3、Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps strictly:

Contact Us First: Use WhatsApp, official email or website internal message to contact our staff, request the official return address, and provide your order number and details of the quality issue.

Do Not Ship Unauthorized: Without our prior permission, you must not ship the return package. We reserve the right to reject any packages sent without authorization.

Ship as Instructed: Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit and ship it to the address provided by our team.

4、Shipping & Handling Fees

Quality Issues (Our Fault): We will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer-Related Issues: All shipping costs, customs duties, and any related fees will be the responsibility of the customer, except for the following situations: ① EU: We cover the return shipping costs (in line with EU Distance Selling Directive); ② SEA: If the customer’s single order amount is ≥ 500 US dollars, 50% of the return shipping costs can be reimbursed with valid logistics documents.

5、Time Limit

All return requests for quality issues must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Any requests received after this period will not be accepted.

For no-reason return requests: ① EU/NA: Must be made within 14-30 calendar days of receiving the goods; ② SEA: Must be made within 7-15 calendar days of receiving the goods (in line with local platform after-sales period requirements).

6、Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund or replacement within 3-7 business days.
