Our return policy for customized cosmetic packaging clearly states that customized products with printed logos or personalized designs cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue caused by our production error.

This rule applies to all custom cosmetic packaging orders, including lash glue bottles, mascara tubes and cosmetic jars with custom printing.
